The Abrolhos Project is four hours north of Perth, WA, on Special Use land zoned for Tourism Development under the Mid-West Planning Strategy. It comprises 142 hectares with 730 metres of beach frontage, planned around five tourism assets:
A tourism destination on some 25 hectares, underpinned by a geothermal hot springs development for health and wellness, in line with Tourism WA's hot springs research. Planning begins with a pilot public bathing project of 18 cabins, increasing to 36 cabins over three years.
A masterplan is being finalised for the sub-division of 25 hectares into 88 freehold lots of between 1,000 and 10,000 sqm, using green sustainability guidelines and supported by a solar farm, geothermal heating and other shared infrastructure — delivered under WA's Community Titles Scheme. Purchasers of each lot will follow sustainability guidelines for building short-stay holiday villas, and will share use of community facilities and conservation land.
We are in discussions with luxury resort operators for 10 hectares of coastal land behind the foreshore reserve, for two eco-resorts — one for families, one for premium eco-tourists, domestic and international. A helipad is planned to link the resorts to the Houtman Abrolhos Islands, supporting Mid-West tourism more broadly.
Over 50 hectares of coastal land is set aside for conservation and nature. Land conservation runs in parallel with land development — preserving and promoting native flora and fauna, protected by a land covenant reviewed every 25 years.
We are on the lookout for suitable land throughout Western Australia. If you share our vision and would like to invest in our projects, or you're a landowner with 100 hectares or more and would like to explore a partnership, we'd like to hear from you.
