We plan and develop tourism and lifestyle projects along the Western Australian coast, guided by land conservation, renewable energy and community — starting with the Abrolhos project, south of Geraldton.
Each Eco-Living Group development is planned around the same three commitments, adapted to the site and the community around it.
A meaningful share of every site we develop is set aside for conservation, protected by covenants and reviewed on a long-term cycle, so native flora and fauna have room to remain.
Where the land allows it, we look to solar, geothermal and other on-site renewable sources to reduce the footprint of the places we build, rather than treating energy as an afterthought.
We design with the people who will use a place in mind — shared facilities, sustainability guidelines for owners and builders, and a long-term relationship with the surrounding region.
Our founding project sits on 142 hectares of mainland coastline south of Geraldton, WA — with 730 metres of beach frontage and the Houtman Abrolhos Islands around an hour's boat trip offshore. The land is zoned Special Use for tourism development, and our planning covers hot springs tourism, short-stay freehold villa lots, eco-resorts and a substantial conservation reserve.
